WHEREAS, Ethiopia is one of the signatories to the Statute of the International Renewable Energy Agency adopted by the Conference on the Establishment of the Agency at Bonn, Germany, on the 26th day of January 2009;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Statute at its session held on the 6th day of December, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub-article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
