WHEREAS, a Bilateral Air Transport Services Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia was signed in Tunis on 23rd day of January 2003;

WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall come into force on the date of the last notification of notes from either contracting parties confirming its ratification in accordance with its laws and regulations;

WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 25th day of June, 2009;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
