WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Rights and Benefits of Outgoing Heads of State and Government, Senior Government Officials, Members of Parliament and Judges Proclamation number 653/2009;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
