WHEREAS, the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian providing, under Article 58(2), for the time-in-session of the House of peoples’ Representatives also stipulates that the House at a time to be fixed by it shall have a one-month interim recess;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
