WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the National Payment System Proclamation No. 718/2011 in line with new developments, changes and innovations in the National Payment System;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
