WHEREAS, the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate change, was adopted on December, 1997.
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said protocol at its session on the 1st day of February, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
