WHEREAS, an Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income (the Agreement) was signed between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the republic of Turkey in Addis Ababa on the 2nd day of March 2005:

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income on its meeting held on the 6th December 2005;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution it is hereby proclaimed as follows;
