WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 8,000,000 Euro (Eight million Euro) for financing the Health Sector Sustainable Development Goals Program-for-results, was signed in Addis Ababa on 5th day of March 2020;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of May , 2020;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
