WHEREAS, the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunication Union has adopted the instruments amending the Constitution and Convention of the Union at its sessions held at Kyoto on the 14th day of October 1994, at Minneapolis on the 6th day of November 1998, at Marrakech on the 18th day of October 2002, at Antalya on the 24th day of November 2006 and at Guadalajara on the 22nd day of October 2010;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said amendments at its session held on the 17th day of November, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub-article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
