WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the  Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Fund for Agricultural Development stipulating that theInternational Fund for Agricultural Development shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to three million six hundred thousand  Special Drawing Rights (SDR 3,600,000.00) for financing Rural Financial Intermediation Programme III (RUFIP III) Project, was signed in Rome, Italy on 8th Day of January, 2020; 

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement at its session held on 17th Day of May, 2022;

 NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
