WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the International Convention 011 the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System Ratification Proclamation;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, proclaimed as follows:
