NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Ministers hereby issues this Regulation pursuant to Article 17 of Investment Proclamation No. 1180/2020, Article 105 of the Income Tax Proclamation (as amended) No. 979/2016, and Article 129 Sub Article 6 of Customs Proclamation No. 859/2014 (as amended).
- Short Title — This Regulation may be cited as the “For Investment Providing Tax and Customs Incentive Council of Ministers Regulation No. 586/2026.”
