In accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1), (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009 due to an increased revenue from tax and external finance supplementary of Recurrent budget and financing restructuring approved for the 2017 E.C budget year is hereby proclaimed.
