WHEREAS, the Extradition Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda has been signed in Kigali on the 28th day of April 2017;
WHEREAS, ratifying the Agreement enables to bring fugitives to justice;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 25th day of June, 2020;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
