WHEREAS, the General Agreement of Co-operation between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Spain was signed on the 30th day of January, 2007;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held on the 8th day of May, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
