WHEREAS, the Agreement on Cultural and Arts Cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the State of Kuwait was signed in Kuwait on the 13th day of May, 2007;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 21st day of June 2012;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
