NOW THEREFORE, the Council of Ministers has issued this Regulation in accordance with Article 17 of the Investment Proclamation No. 1180/2020 and Article 50 Sub Article (1) of the Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009 (As Amended).

1. Short Title — This Regulation may be cited as the “Council of Ministers Regulation to provide Conditions for Compensation Commitment to Investors No. 590/2026.”
