WHEREAS, a Cooperation Agreement on Culture between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela was signed at Caracas on the 19th day of March 2016;
WHEREAS, the House of the People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of April, 2019;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
