WHEREAS, it is necessary to implement the Convention concerning the forced or compulsory labour No. 29/1930 adopted by International Labour Conference at its Fourteenth, Session held on June,1930;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
