WHEREAS, a convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income was signed between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on the 29th of June, 2021 in Luxembourg;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 23rd ordinary session held on 30th Day of May, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
