WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Governments of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Djibouti on the Transit of Natural Gas Pipeline has been signed on 15th February 2019 in Addis Ababa;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Credit Facility Agreement at its session held on 24th Day of December 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
