WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports was signed in New York ,on the 23rd day of September 2019;
WHERE AS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia approved the said agreement in its 29th regular meeting held on 30th May 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
