WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey have signed a Military Financial Cooperation Agreement on 18th of August 2021 in Ankara;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement at its session held on 17th Day of May, 2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
