WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Eleven Million Five Hundred Thousand Euro (11,500,000 Euro) for Budget Support Program for Environmental and Green Economy Development was signed on the 12th day of August 2024;

WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said loan agreement at its 29th regular session held on 13th day of May 2025;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
