WHEREAS, an Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the State of Kuwait on the Field of Exchange of Manpower was signed in Addis Ababa on the 21st day of July 2009;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 1st day of June, 2010;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
