WHEREAS, the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Austrian Federal Government was signed on 5th of November, 2020; WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 13th day of May 2025;

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows. 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “The Air Transport Agreement Concluded between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Austrian Federal Government Ratification Proclamation No 1380/2025”.
