This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of Power and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 1263/2021 and Article 17 SubArticle (1) of the Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No 648 /2009 (as amended).

1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Fee Rates Payable for Services provided by the Ethiopian Media Authority Council of Ministers Regulations No. 564/2025”.
