Yehualashet Agiz has been the executive director of Resource Administration since February 2018. Under his leadership, he is leading the executive operations of finance, procurement, basic services, and human resource management, improving the necessary resources and human resources supplies for the institution, implementing system procedures, and establishing procedures that can modernize the service.
Yehualashet assists the institution’s management activities, especially in terms of payment, procurement, assets management, general services, transport administration, administrative human resource outreach, managing the budget support of various non-government organizations (EU, UNICEF, GIZ), providing prompt service and responsiveness, identifying problems, making decisions and supporting supportive day to day activities that are helpful to the institution.
Yehualashet, in addition to enhancing his skills and knowledge, has also held positions as chief of the staff of the Administration Office and Director of Procurement, alongside his current leadership responsibilities. With 16 years of experience in various roles, he is prepared and dedicated to fulfilling his duties by collaborating with institutions and stakeholders. He prioritizes customer orientation, and decision-making, and aims to improve the effectiveness of institutional governance operations.
