The Resource Administration executive director is organized under the Ministry of Justice, directly assigned to the minister. A human resource competency and management executive, a finance executive, a procurement executive, a basic services executive, and a building and facility management executive who is in charge of structured management operations. The Director Executive is responsible for implementing payment and budget management, resource provisioning, human resource development and management, asset administration and management, vehicle deployment and management, building administration and general service activities in finance, procurement and property, civil service proclamations and directives. In addition to managing financial and type support for departments from various NGOs, as well as reporting, monitoring, and support activities are among the main tasks mandated.
