Tihtina Goa’s professional journey began in April 2015 as a legal expert, progressing to the ranks of assistant lecturer and lecturer as a teacher at a higher education institution. During this period, in addition to teaching and learning, she excelled in conducting research and actively engaging in community-focused initiatives.
In March 2024, Tihtina joined the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) Ministry of Justice and currently leading Public Relations and Communication Directorate as a Director.
