Negussie Tenkolu has been the head of the human resources team at the Ministry of Justice since August 8, 2018 GC and has been the Director of human resources management and development since May 8, 2020 GC. Under his leadership, the work department has successfully contributed to the mission of the institution by providing human resource management and deployment. He was able to contribute his own contribution by participating in structural organization studies conducted by the Ministry and by following the human resource management rules and guidelines issued by the government. In the future, he is ready to fulfill the tasks and responsibilities given by producing qualified human resources.
