WHEREAS, proclamation No. 514/2007; that Amends the Diredawa Administration charter (Amendment) proclamation No. 483/2006; has not been published as endorsed by the House; and be came necessary to amend the said proclamation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) of the constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
