WHEREAS, in building a democratic system the Judiciary plays an irreplaceable role and requires highest professional standard and integrity, so that it is necessary to have well trained professionals;
WHEREAS, to build the capacity of judges, prosecutors and other professionals in the justice system, it is necessary to organize a sustainable and continuous training of system;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1)of the constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
