WHEREAS, the Agreement, on Preferential Investment Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Republic of Djibouti was signed at Djibouti on the 18th day of November 2006;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 6 day of February, 2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
