WHEREAS, the General Conference of the United Educational, Scientific and Cultural Nations Organization adopted, at its 33-session held in Paris, the International Convention Against Doping in Sport on the 19^th day of October, 2005;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this Convention at its 4^th extra Ordinary session held on the 7^th day of June, 2007;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
