WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the International Conventions Against Doping in Sport at its 4 extra ordinary session held on the 7th day of July, 2007, with Proclamation No.554/2007:

NOW, THERE FORE, this Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 and Article 39 of the Definitions of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No 916/2015.
