WHEREAS, it has been stipulated under Article 13(1) of the State of Emergency Proclamation for Maintenance of Public Peace and Security No. 1/2016 hat the Council of Ministers shall issue Regulation;

WHEREAS, following this, it has become necessary to decree under this Regulation detailed directions that the State of Emergency Command Post follows based on the power given to in to implement the Proclamation;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Ministers hereby issues the following Regulation:
