WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia is Party to Instruments Establishing the main International Organizations;
WHEREAS, the Government of Ethiopia has consistently expressed its commitment to the peaceful resolution of all international disputes;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has accepted the Ratification of the Convention for the Pacific Settlement of International Disputes at its session held on 24th day of June, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub- Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows,
