WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding on Culture between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Kenya was signed in Nairobi on the 21st day of November 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 23rd day of May 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
