WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Zambia on Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation has been signed on the 14th day of July 2012 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this Agreement at its Ordinary session held on the 19th day of January 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
