WHEREAS, the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Treaty between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates has been signed in Abu Dhabi, on the 21st September, 2022;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement at its session held on 16th Day of May, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
