WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development stipulating that the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of 36,730,000 Emirates Dirhams (thirty six million seven hundred thirty thousand Emirates Dirhams) for financing the Gedo — Lemlem Bereha Road Project, was signed in Abu Dhabi on the 9″ day of October, 2012;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 18″ day of December, 2012;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
