WHEREAS, the Agreement Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters has been signed in Khartoum 4th day of December 2013 between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Sudan;

WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement in its session held on the 2nd day of December, 2014;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
