Whereas the Agreement on education sector cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of South Sudan was signed in Juba on the 2nd day of March 2012;

Whereas the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 2nd day of December of 2014;

Now, Therefore, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
