WHEREAS Ethiopia has signed the Multilateral Agreement for the Establishment of an International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries on the 22nd day of September 2011;
WHEREAS ,the House of People Representatives’ of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said bilateral agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of October 2017;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
