WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to Cooperate in the Fields of Science and Technology was signed in Addis Ababa on the 26th day of January 2014;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the day of 30th June, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with of Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
