WHEREAS, the Framework Agreement for Cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay has been signed on the 2nd day of October 2014, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified it at its session held on the14th day of January, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
