WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Japan International Co-operation Agency stipulating that the Agency provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Japanese Yen 5,500,000,000 (Five Billion Five Hundred Million Japanese Yen) for financing Women Entrepreneurship Development Program was signed in Addis Ababa on the 24th day of February 2017;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 22nd day of June 2017;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
