WHERE AS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipualting that the International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Seventy Million Nine Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 70,900,000.00) for financing Women Entrepreneurship Development Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 25th Day of December 2020;

WHERE AS , the House of peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said loan agreement at its 10th regular session held on 4th day of february 2021 ;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
