This regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of Power and Duties of the Executive Organ of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 1263/2021 and Article 17 (1) of the Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648 /2009 (as amended).
